As of midnight 11/14/2024, The SHBC Boat Club now has a liability and Loss Insurance Policy. The Documents were signed earlier this week, and the annual Premium Check was written to Alpha Insurance. This is the first line of defense for our property owners and Club Association Members. The policy documents will be scanned and posted online in the Members Portal Area once received. Quick Reminder, if you have not paid your insurance premium special assessment please take a few minutes to write your check and mail it, or use the online electronic payment section of our Portal.
